Is this KENS Privilege Loyalty Program similar to retail stores?
Yes. We have expanded our Loyalty Program onto our online site to cater a more fulfilling shopping experience to our customers, both retail stores and online.

Can I collect points through online purchases?
Yes. All existing Kens’ members are able to collect reward points when they place an online order. Do input the same mobile phone number as per your registered number at retail stores upon checkout.

How do I collect reward points through online purchases?
The system has already been integrated with our online store, and it will register with your mobile number.
For existing store members, kindly ensure you register the same mobile number to collect points for your online purchases.

How do I qualify as a silver tier member?
You will need to accumulate a total of 350 points to be qualified as a Silver Tier member within 6 months from your first purchase. Please take note that 350 points will be deducted when you are promoted as a Silver Tier member.

Will my points expire?
All points will resume to zero (0) after the redemption period. You may collect your points from our retail store and online purchase to accumulate points for the next redemption.

How can I check my accumulated reward points?

Please visit KENS_Check Points, key in your registered mobile number to check your latest reward points.
